Desco, in collaboration with Global Technical Realty (GTR) and Mercury Engineering, provided the mechanical and electrical building services design for the GB One campus in Slough. This campus features three independent data centres with a combined IT load of 40.5 MW. The facility was adapted to support advanced server technology, upgrading rack loads from 10 kW to accommodate GPUs from 45 to 135 kW.
